In all matters, the head of the institution (The Principal) has the right to use her discretion on a case to case basis. The institution may deviate from the mentioned policies, if suggested by the Parent University. For any issue that has not been covered by these Autonomy Rules of the College, Osmania University rules and statutes would apply.
