M.B.A (Approved by AICTE)

The M.B.A. programme at St. Ann’s is a 2 year course of 4 semesters which strikes a balance between theory and practice of modern business management. Well qualified and dedicated faculty members mould best-of breed professionals to meet the challenges of the corporate world. This is done through a gamut of activities tailored to meet student needs – soft skills programmes, research projects, seminars and workshops, role plays and quizzes to name a few. Specializations offered are Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management.

M.C.A (Approved by AICTE)

M.C.A., one of the most sought after programs of Osmania University, is a two year – four semester programme. The programme equips students to adapt to the demands of the industry with an integrated knowledge in both software and hardware. The faculty on a regular basis organizes workshops and seminars and also invites eminent professionals from the industry to share their experience with the student community. The department is associated with several organizations that provide inputs to the students to develop and enhance their soft skills, thus giving them a distinctive advantage in campus placements

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for M.B.A & M.C.A

A Candidate who has secured at least 50% marks in any Bachelor Degree Examination from Osmania University or from any other recognised University and having qualified in the ICET examination is eligible to apply.

M.Com

The master’s programme in commerce is a four semester programme designed to address the new realities of the changing business environment. The course helps equip the students with the knowledge and skill set necessary to respond to the diversified needs of the industry. Computer accounting skills and project work help the students to get placement opportunities in manufacturing and service sectors. Continuous rapport with the industry is maintained through field visits, campus extension lectures, seminars and workshops.

Eligibility for Selection Procedure

A candidate must hold a B.Com degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. The selection of the candidates is based on the rank and marks secured in the entrance exam conducted by Osmania University.

M.Sc.Chemistry

The master’s programme in Chemistry is a two year – four semester programme. With Hyderabad emerging as a hub of the pharmaceutical industry, the programme aims to equip students with theoretical, analytical and research skills. Specialization – Organic Chemistry.

M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics

Msc Clinical Nutrition and dietetics prog at StAnns started at StAnns in the yr 2019.The first batch of students have completed the program and about 16-18 of them are successfully placed and 5-6 students have launched the online Counceling ventures.
There are 48 seats and admission is merit cum interview based and takes into consideration the CPGET ranking.
The program spans 4 semesters with project work and one semester of hands-on training in the form of hospital internship as part of the study .
The students are encouraged to plan and execute various Nutrition programs,participate in conferences,publish and present research papers and are provided several opportunities to learn and gain practical knowledge and relevant skills

Program Objectives

  • To impart knowledge and develop capacities of the students through state-of-the-art higher education in the area of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • To help students develop skills to become health care professionals for services in various fields of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition management and related areas such as hospital academics, research, industry, clinical nutrition department, training, extension, and community service.
  • To enable students to practice Evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing.
  • To develop capacities and abilities that enable them to pursue higher education and research in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • 40% of the students have successfully secured placements in various institutions as Clinical Dietician, counsellors, Nutritionists, content writers and junior faculty members.
