The real core of administration is to perform the basic service. Every Activity of individual is regulated and controlled by the state; therefore administrators are essentially the guardians of traditions and procedures.

Organising the rigorous class-room teaching and arranging expert lectures on the themes and issues of public administration;
Organisning seminars, workshops and arranging exposure trips to the institutions of public governance;
Exposing the learners to the research institutes, institutions of higher learning and oranisations imparting training to the administrators/civil servants in the art of governance.

To develop relevant courseware in consonance with the vision statements to be applicable in the formal learning process.
To update the courseware in accordance with the emerging scenario of the governance of administrative systems.
To orient the learners on application of new approaches and techniques in accordance with the changing times.
To make the learner expose to the functioning of Indian Administrative system.
To prepare the students for competitive exams as well as to accept new challenges with better skills, knowledge and confidence.
