Corporate Mentorship
- Corporate Mentorship session was organised in association with Career Launch Pad for BBA I, II & III year students to signify the students the impact of effective resume writing, 21 century essential skills to acquire good Career Opportunities by Mr. Thakur Arun Singh, IIM Calcutta and Mrs. Roohi Zainab, IIM Calcutta.
Career Awareness and Advancement
- “Learning and Career opportunities in Agribusiness, Plantation, Food and Agro exports” was organized for BBA III year students by Dr. Venugopal, Asst. Professor, IIPM on 16th March 2023.
- “Crafting a winning Resume & Mastering Interviews” by Dr. Neha Singh on 25th March 2023.
- A Session on “Career Prospects and Overseas Education” with a special Focus on “EU Business School”.
- As a part of Career Advancement Program a tour was organised to ICFAI Business School 3rd December 2022.
Student Social Responsibility (outreach activity)
- As a part of Student Social Responsibility BBA I year students organized an enlightening session to the students of VII standard of Bhojagutta High School on Career Prospects, Eve Teasing and Entertainment Activities on 6th April 2023.
#Green Challenge 2022
- Green Challenge 2k23 was organized for BBA I, II and III year in the Month of January 2023.
- It is one of the best practices of the department as it is eventually organized in the month of January 2023 to promote Environmental Consciousness among students. Department has taken the initiative to bring up the students for a sustainable cause by conducting three activities namely Get Waste Do best, Each one Plant One, Plant in a nut.
Faculty as a Resource Person
- B. Indira Priyadarshini delivered a talk in International One Day Workshop- “Mentoring the Mentor” organized by Bestow Edutrex International, Mumbai on 02 Oct 2022.
- B. Indira Priyadarshini delivered a talk in an International Seminar on “Best Qualities of an Effective Teacher” organized by Bestow Edutrex International, Mumbai on 04 Sep 2022.
Management Lab Activities
The department of Business Administration Inaugurated Management Lab with the motto “Managers’ Manage Thyself First” on 13th August 2019 with an aim to create a stimulating and challenging atmosphere for students to hone their management skills in order to become dynamic leaders in the business world.
- Management Lab has renamed as MagFluent Club and Annual Calendar EventZen was released during the Management Week Eventesia 2022. The club has conducted various activities during 2022-23 with an aim to create a stimulating and challenging atmosphere for students to hone their management skills in order to become dynamic leaders in the business world.

EQUNOX CLUB
Equinox Club of the department works with a motto of entrepreneurial quest in nurturing excellence. Organized various activities such as debates quizzes to enhance the knowledge on brands, mission and vison of the various company, to upgrade entrepreneurial knowledge.

SSR -Student Social Responsibility an outreach activity

Corporate Mentorship
- A session on “SWOT Analysis and Placement Trends in Business Analytics” was organised on 22nd January 2022.
Student social responsibility an outreach activity
- An outreach activity was organised at Dadawadi Jain Ashram-an old age home and donated a prestige mixer grinder, personal hygiene products and coconut water for old age people on 30th April 2022.
#green challenge 2021
- Is one of the best practices of the department was eventually organized on 3rd november,2021 to promote environmental consciousness among students. Department has taken the initiative to bring up the students for a sustainable cause by conducting three activities namely terra cycle, trash to treasure and green garden and also educated how a vegetable waste can be converted into a Vermi compost i.e. Manure to plants
Awareness program and SSR
- Organized Witness the Fitness on 20th November 2021 for students and staff. An awareness activity, a part of SSR-Student Social Responsibility to signify the importance of being fit and witnessing its benefit.
Faculty Participation
- D. Sujatha, Head, Department of Business Management attended we-alpha tot (train the trainer)- a training session organized by we hub Govt. of India, Telangana on 11th and 12th October 2021and is associated with we-hub to assist them in providing the training to student entrepreneurs of 6 associated colleges.
- D. Sujatha, Head, Department of Business Management attended and represented St. Ann’s college in exchange of MOU on National Education Day 2021organized by Engineering Staff College of India an organ of the Institution of Engineers(India) in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions of India hybrid mode (online & offline) on 11th November 2021.
- K. Bharadwaja, Mrs. D. Sujatha and Mrs. B. Indira Priyadarshini attended two-day soft skill trainers training program organized by Bestow Edutrex International and International Association of Soft Skills Trainers (IAST) on December 18th and 19th 2021 and are certified as Soft Skill Trainers.
- D. Sujatha attended 10-day Faculty Development Program on “Business Application of SPSS, R and Tableau organized by E&ICT Academy, NIT, Warangal(sponsored by ministry of electronics and IT (MEITY),GOI and GITAM University from 11th April 2022 to 20th April 2022.
- D. Sujatha attended one week national workshop on Data Analysis using SPSS organised by V.V. Academy, Chennai (registered under MSME, GOI).

- Organized a career awareness program on “Scope and Opportunities in the Digital Marketing and Business Analytics” by Dr. Om Prakash. C, Associate Professor, School of Management, CMR University, Bangalore on 4th February 2022.

- As a part of Industry Connect Programme, CEO- Mr. Nagarjuna Yadav of Acumen Connect delivered an orientation session on “Career challenges and Essential skills of 21st century” with an objective to bridge the gap between industry requirement and curriculum on 24th November 2021.
