- Printed Application form
- X Marks Memo. (S.S.C.,CBSC.,ICSC XEROX COPY)
- Intermediate Marks Memo. (10 + 2 Xerox Memo)
- Other than Intermediate Board they have to submit original Migration certificate.
- Aadhar card XEROX COPY.
- Caste certificate XEROX COPY.
- Income certificate original.
- Transfer certificate original.
- DOST Registration original acknowledgement.
- Student two pass port size photographs.
