A copy of each of the following in the order given

1. Printed Application form
2. Original Intermediate Transfer certificate and One copy of  TC .
3. 10th Marks Memo. (S.S.C., CBSC., ICSC )
4. Intermediate Marks Memo. (10 + 2 Xerox Memo)
5. If other than Telangana Board of Intermediate Education, then submit original Migration certificate.
6. Aadhar card .
7. Caste certificate .(if applicable)
8. Income certificate original.(if applicable)
9. DOST Registration (Original acknowledgement receipt)
10. Two pass port size photographs (Recent photograph) of the candidate seeking  Admission.
