To nurture research culture, skill development, entrepreneurship, and employability among students.

To plan, implement, and monitor NEP 2020 initiatives by promoting academic excellence, critical thinking, and research orientation among students.
To integrate Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) with contemporary, global, and multidisciplinary perspectives in curriculum design and delivery.
To enhance skill development, vocational training, internships, and entrepreneurship, thereby fostering women empowerment, employability, and leadership.
To encourage technology-enabled learning, including the use of AI tools and digital literacy, in teaching–learning processes and evaluation methods.
To align curricular and co-curricular activities with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), community engagement, value-based education, gender equity, social inclusion.
To ensure continuous faculty capacity building in NEP-aligned pedagogy and assessment reforms.
